90/90/1, 60/10, The Daily 5 Concept

 My life today - 13/1/2025 (Monday)

It is so great that I can record my daily routine every day.

As per the title, I have practised 90/90/1, 60/10 and the Daily 5 Concept today.

I like the Daily 5 Concept. When we manage to achieve 5 things per day, we can achieve 1825 things per year. How great the amount is! I have never thought about how many things I can achieve daily until I read the statistic. 

With this, I managed to complete 5 tasks today and I am so proud of myself today.

I went to library with my brother this morning because we believe that we can enhance our producticity while working in a library. Guess what! It's true. I had practised the concepts of 90/90/1, 60/10 and the Daily 5 Concept today. What are these? These concepts are introduced by the author in his book "the 5am Club". 


Today is my 1/90/1. I believe that I can eventually achieve 90/90/1.

There are other great things today:-

  • My brother and I had lunch at a medan selera next to the library. I had a laksa and we shared a cendol pulut. The laksa was not bad but it was not as good as the one I had in Langkawi years ago. 
  • The environment in the library was very good. 
  • My sister cooked kimchi soup today. 
  • I practised in not to be controlled by my illusion when I decided not going to gym room today. 
I would like to specifically talk about my illusion today. I started thinking that I am getting fatter. And, I have a habit in which I will think that I am fat whenever I have not been exercising for quite some time. Today, I led myseld back to the present moment. I told myself that once I have decided not to go, just enjoy my decision and enjoy whatever that will happen following from my decision. There are 6 more dasy in this week, I still have ample time to move towards what I want. And, the reason of exercising is not limited to keep fit, it is also for my inner self in which I can practise concentrating my body and its present moment.

One last thing, I would like to record my achievements in which I have replied most of my clients, read a book regarding marketing in social media and added the things that I wanna do in my 100-list.
